Restorative yoga invites you to experience more rest, less stress. Props, such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, are used to hold the space of your body in a supported, nurturing way as you navigate layers of your being-ness. These gentle postures are held longer than in other yoga classes to enhance your body’s natural relaxation response, as well as help you alleviate physical, mental, or emotional tension. The class is accessible for all levels.

Props for Class: The studio has props available, but we do love when you bring your own! Most classes will use 1 bolster, 2 blankets and 2 blocks. Note: Mask required until on your mat. No walk-ins, please register in advance online.
