BlissMama Yoga & Birthing workshop for Couples is Sunday January 13 at 1:30

The informative 2.5 hour workshop is intended for expectant mothers (24 weeks+) and their birthing partners. It will encourage you and your birth partner to feel safe, secure, empowered and confident through the entire birthing journey. Whether you are planning a natural, medicated, or cesarean birth, you and your birth partner can explore the soulful and fun realm of birthing, alleviate common fears associated with labor and birth, and bring BLISS to your birth experience.

Time: 1:00 – 3:30PM
Yoga-centered techniques that can help labor progress more smoothly and promote a positive birthing experience will be discussed and explored. This workshop is a great addition to traditional childbirth education classes. Couples will have fun connecting with each other and leave feeling more confident and empowered about the entire birthing journey. Time will also be available for questions, sharing, and interaction with other couples. Birthing partner includes spouse, boyfriend, family member, or friend. No yoga experience is necessary. Treats and refreshments provided.
