I invite you to my Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation Workshop. We will start by learning about Yoga Nidra and its benefits. You will have a take home guide to assist you in recreating this in your home practice. Next we will tune inward with some breath work and do a few yoga stretches before settling down for the Yoga Nidra practice.
