Join Heidi Sherwin for a class aimed to bring ease to tight hips and achy backs. The slow-flow practice will intelligently blend Sun Salutations, playful standing postures, gentle back-bends, seated hip-openers, and restoring inversions. Heidi will make sure you peace-out and ignite your love-light during her guided deep relaxation and Kindness meditation.
