The Inspiration Behind Girl’s Night Out & A Profile of The Unique Wines At This Event
By Adrian Kettering
Like all beautiful things, the story of these wines began when Matt and I were in Napa last October. During our very first wine tasting at a small family winery, they told us that if we wanted to try some exceptional wines at reasonable prices, to go see Daniel at Back Room Wines. Back Room Wines specializes in small production wines, so most of the wines in his store cannot be found in grocery stores, and none of them can be found in West Virginia. We bought a case of mixed wines from him when we were there, and every single one of them was fantastic. So, when I told him about my idea of yoga and wine, he said he would put together three wines that would work well. Daniel, like many who love wine, also recommended the pairings.
It is so unique that these are wines from smaller wineries, and that we can’t get them locally. It’s not like I’m running to the grocery store the night before the event and picking up some bottles… Adrian
