Welcome Back To Bliss Colleen- Classes Start Back On Thursdays in January

We are so excited that Colleen is able to arrange her schedule to add a class back on the Bliss Calendar. Starting January 3rd she is offering Conscious Flow Yoga. This class will be on Thursdays 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. January 2013 (No class on January 17)

About Conscious Flow Yoga Designed to expand your consciousness and bliss! This class combines heart oriented themes with intentional asana practice, linking movement with breath for optimal expansion. Taking time to fully experience each pose and integrate the breath allows for an exploration of yoga at a deeper level. This class is appropriate for all levels, from beginners to those more experienced practitioners seeking to further their understanding of yoga. Each class includes a one hour asana practice followed by softening poses and heart centered meditation.
