In the Ayurvedic tradition, there are three pillars through which we maintain our health and prevent disease. They are diet, sleep, and our daily routine. Ayurveda sets forth specific guidelines for the daily routine, known as Dinacharya, In this one hour class, we will cover all steps of the traditional Dinacharya, and class participants will set goals to implement these practices into their daily life. Special products will be recommended and will be available for sale at a discounted price on the day of the Trunk Show.
