If you are stressed, then this workshop is for you. Learn simple and easy techniques that are guaranteed to relax the body and calm the mind. No prior yoga experience necessary. This workshop is open to EVERYONE!
This would be perfect for massage clients who don’t come to yoga as a way of introducing them to yoga. There is MUCH more than just asanas. In fact, the majority of the workshop is not so much about asana and more about lifestyle options/choices to help reduce stress easily & quickly!
