Release Your Dharma: Invitation to Dharma Flow & April Retreat

Forever is composed of nows.

Dharma is a Sanskrit word translated to many meanings including teaching, truth, doctrine, religion, spirituality, or reality. Finding one’s own Dharma involves continually tapping into or igniting that which grounds and restores. A regular yoga practice creates the space to step away from the day-to-day checklists and responsibilities and create calm through movement in connection with breath and spirit. Through this practice we begin to shed light on habits or attachments that cause suffering, gaining insight into practical steps we can take to restore a sense of balance and freedom in our lives off the mat.
Dharma Flow Every Sunday, 4-5:15pm
Join me every week from 4-5:15pm for Dharma Flow at BlissBlissBliss! Classes are sequenced as a moving meditation, encouraging students to cultivate confidence and empowerment through physical asana. Classes include challenges for every experience level (though some experience is recommended), age, and body type. The only requirement is the commitment to keep an open mind and heart.
Students can follow my blog for practical tips and musings on cultivating mindfulness, service, and light hearted notes of joy: CivicYogini.com.
