We are happy to be able to offer you another Gentle Yoga class Wednesday evening at 5:30!
Gentle Yoga is perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing practice, healing, or just need to take it easy on their body. Laura has many years of teaching yoga under her belt and plenty of trick up her sleeves to ensure you receive a positive and safe practice.
No previous yoga experience is needed for this class and anyone from a novice to experience yogi can benefit from a class like this. The class will be a slower pace and will focus on stretching, balance, breath, and alignment.
