Meditation Fundamentals: 4 Classes in Aug

Experience the healing benefits from Meditation. This class will teach meditation techniques that successful mediators have used. Each class will be spent in practicing techniques that help build a successful home practice. We will build up to spending 20 minutes of silent meditation. This class is a perfect opportunity to learn, invigorate or renew your meditation practice. Experienced and new students are welcome.

Come focus your amazing energy to train the mind and reap the healing benefits of meditation.

Morning Classes 8:30-9:30AM Aug. 15 & 22
Evening Classes 7:15PM Wednesday 8/8 and 6PM Friday 8/24
All classes are donation or use your yoga pass
