Rebecca’s Meditation, Mantra & Mudra Class Has It All!

Experience the health benefits of mindfulness meditation, mantra, and mudra, Mmm! A class designed to help you cultivate and support an at-home meditation and mantra practice as you enjoy the kula (community) of group meditation. This 60-minute meditation practice prepares the body for meditation with 15-20 minutes of gentle movement and breath (pranayama), followed by 30-45 minutes of seated meditation and pranayama.
Simple bija mantra (seed sound) is explained and demonstrated for practice in each class session. Mudra, hand seals, are demonstrated and explained for each session.
Class ends with an optional rolling, group chant of the universal sound of Om/Aum.
