Weekly Kundalini Yoga: Get Ready to Chant, Move and Breathe!

Founded in principles brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini is a yoga practice that combines breath work, repetitive exercises (kriya), meditation and mantra to awaken the flow of prana (life-force energy) and to allow the body and mind to work cohesively towards the ultimate goal of joy and vitality. This weekly class will rotate instructors Heidi Sherwin, Tonya Madia, and Elizabeth Halliday-Reynolds.
