Good Morning Yoga!
Starting the day with a renewed and refreshed feeling can just put everything else into balance! For this reason, we offer a morning yoga class every day at Bliss, each class unique in style so that there is always something for you!

- Wednesday: Power Flow 12-1pm w/Stephanie Hughes
- Power Yoga 8-9am w/Emily Stamper
- Friday: Vinyasa Flow 9-10am w/ Rebecca Ozbolt
