Emily Adds Dharma Flow to Sundays

We are so happy that Emily decided to make a move from Austin, Texas to Morgantown, WV. Read her Bio here. Emily will teach Dharma Flow class weekly on Sundays starting in October. If you would like a early peak at this class, plan on joining her on Sunday, September 2nd and 30th at 3PM.

Dharma Flow is a balance of sweat and spirit, guaranteed to recharge your mind and body. The practice incorporates a theme woven into class to connect the brain and spirit with the body and breath through a physically empowering asana practice. Themes may include Buddhist principles or deities, seasonal changes, or holidays. Class includes time for Samatha, or calm abiding, meditation to let the insight gleaned from the practice settle in.
