Detox Made Easy – How to do an at-home Ayurvedic cleanse

The change of season marks an important time to check in and modify our daily routines according to what is going on around us. Fall brings cold and dry elements and we are called to warm up and build our reserves in preparation for winter. If not, we may feel restless, ungrounded, anxious and run down, especially after the hustle of the holidays is over. In this 90-minute class, we will learn about cleansing and detoxification from the Ayurvedic perspective. Why, how, and when to detox – and who it can benefit from it. We will work through a simple protocol you can do at home as well as daily detoxification practices for year-round Support.
