Just In Time For Back To School: 4 Morning Classes With Childcare

As a mother of two, I am very in tune with need to find balance between raising the young ones and keeping stress and tension at bay. For many of us, a regular yoga practice is our key to this balance.

We are really excited that we can offer the following four yoga classes with child care:

  • 8:30AM Mondays (Maureen teaches Hot Yoga) starting Aug. 20 – Emily Corrigan is your sitter.
  • 8:30AM Tuesdays starting Sept. 4 (Elizabeth teaches begining yoga) – Amy Forren is your sitter.
  • 9:15AM Wednesdays (Maureen teaches Power Yoga) – Emily Vasile is filling in and then starting Aug. 29 Amy Forren is your sitter.
  • 8:30AM Fridays (Heidi teaches Vinyasa Flow) – starting Aug 24 Morgan Lough is your sitter

Moms and dads, please sign up using our online scheduling tool. This is the only way in which we can coordinate knowing that you will be using childcare. We will try to post on Face Book the day before class to gauge your participation but schedulicity is how we would like to organize this.
