Experience the healing benefits from Meditation. This class will include time tested practices in meditation. Using focused breathing exercises, guided imagery and plenty of silent contemplation on the Chakra system this class is a perfect opportunity to learn, invigorate or renew your meditation practice. Experienced and new students are welcome.

When: 8:30-9:30AM
3 Thursdays in April (12, 19 & 26) and 1 Saturday (April 28th)
