Calliope’s Journal: Yoga for Creativity

What: Calliope’s (pronounced “kah-lie-oh-peas”) Journal is a yoga class which combines chakra study, journaling, asana, meditation and discussion.
The structure of this 75-minute class includes 20 minutes of focused journaling, discussion of a related chakra, and intention-setting, combined with 55 minutes of asana. This course of study is designed to remove blocks to creativity and to alleviate stress surrounding the fear of creating.
When: Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m.
Bring: a writing pad and pen/pencil.
