Here are the details for the Fall 2016 Mama/Baby yoga classes with me:
Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:15am
Session #1: September 1 – October 13 (no class 9/15/16)
Session #2: November 3 – December 15 (no class 11/24/16)
* No yoga experience necessary! Yoga mats & props provided.
* Mama/Baby class is ideal for mamas with babies 6 weeks old to active crawling.
*Use a yoga pass for this class. Kind of like airfare: newborns fly free!!
Yoga brings me home.
My passion and interest in women-centered wellness inspired me to start the BlissMama Yoga Program, which includes yoga classes such as: prenatal, fertility, postnatal, mama & baby, and a Yoga & Birthing workshop for partners. I take my yoga off the mat and into my world as a mother to three wonderful daughters, whom remind me daily that a joyful life exists in the NOW. Together with my husband, we seek and enjoy the simple pleasures of family-time, the great outdoors, and taking time to breathe. I would love to see you in a class soon! I am also available for specialized private yoga sessions for individuals or small groups. These private sessions are great for exploring one’s authentic and personal goals, or to get a group together for some collective yoga fun. Namaste!
