Ayurvedic Sleep Clinic
Sleep, along with food and daily routine, is one of the 3 pillars of health in Ayurveda. When we have restful sleep, the necessary cleansing, detoxification, and healing processes take place.
When we don’t, all facets of health and well-being may be affected.
Ayurveda has much to offer the sleep-deprived or sleep-compromised among us. In this 2 hour workshop, we will learn about the 3 different types of insomnia set forth by Ayurveda and remedies for each. We will also discuss foods, herbs, and nightly routines that support good sleep.
Each student will receive a package of various samples to take home and know how to use them.
