Learn the Ayurvedic approach to hormone health and how balanced doshas (metabolic forces) lead to balanced hormones which leads to a balanced life! In perfect time for post-holiday system rebooting. We will focus on stress hormones and discuss diet, plant-based therapies, and lifestyle practices for balancing. Handouts of class material will be provided. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is necessary.
