Andrea offers 6:30 and 8:30 AM Ashtanga Vinyasa Classes

Looking for another EARLY morning class. On Sundays starting September 9th, Andrea will offer a Ashtanga Vinyasa class at 8:30AM. Then in October, she will add a class Wednesday mornings, starting class at 6:30AM.
While using elements of traditional Ashtanga like Ujjayi Breath (victorious breathing) Bandhas (energy locks) and Dristi (gazing points) this breath synchronized movement class will allow room for creativity, variety and inspiration. You will build strength and flexibility as well as steadiness of the mind. – Andrea
