Amanda is a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and animal lover! Her personal yoga journey started in 2010. In 2013, she began sharing her practice after completing her teacher training with Third Street Yoga.
In class we will create space to open up for your full range of movement and breath. Allowing the yoga to reveal what the body, mind, and heart are needing. Come! Let’s play!
